Danger - 9-17 2007

Artist: Danger

  1. Danger has been building a strong buzz in the underground electro scene for a couple years now, producing a very recognizable brand of dark electro-rock with a heavy retro influence. While a lot of bands borrow from the synth pop sound of the early 80s, Danger along with similar artists like Ed Banger's Kavinsky capture that moment near the end of the decade, part hair metal band, part early video game sound track.

  2. After a handful of tracks and releases over the past couple years, 2010 should be the biggest year yet for the French producer, whose real name is Franck Riviore. Danger has two EPs and an album scheduled for this year, starting with the "9/17 2007" EP. Check out the (very unofficial) video below for a sample. Also new is a remix of the band One Republic.
