In the early 90s, Baz Reznik developed a different taste in music than most people his age. Influenced by his brother, who played records in clubs in the north of the Netherlands, Baz got to know the world of Hague electro, Italo disco and Chicago house.
Reznik's diverse taste informed his DJs sets, where he played anything from disco to modern European techno. Besides playing records and making music, Baz Reznik is involved in the Arctic Boogie foundation to promote electronic music from non-urban communities.
A typical long night set from Baz can begin at the early use of the TB303 and will take you on a journey trough the sounds of the acid-house of Phuture.
Continuing to make a name for him in the techno scene, Baz Reznik has performed with artists like I-F, Legowelt, Natan Fake, and more.
In 2008, Reznik started to make his own music. One of his early tracks was picked up by the people behind the Noize web compilation. In 2009, Reznik launched his own label, DYFR. His latest release was on the Syncom Data label in 2010.
