Distal will release his debut album, "Civilization," on Tectonic this April. Distal, AKA Michael Rathbun, emerged in 2010 with releases on his own label, Embassy Recordings, along with labels like Grizzly, Seclusiasis, Fortified Audio, and Tectonic. "Civilization" will be made up entirely of previously unreleased tracks, and reportably takes a step back from the artist's recent uptempo style.
